What is it about Celine Dion....?!
Question: I thought she "retired." But, everytime I turn around, she's performing somewhere else. Am I crazy or what, don't get me wrong I love her voice and all. Thanks for the input, and please don't answer w/who cares. Thanks again.

I know, it's pretty amazing she's still performing. She was even on the "Dancing with the Stars" show tonight. She came out with a new CD a couple weeks ago that debuted at #3. She's supposed to go on tour to promote the CD next year. I'm guessing since her contract for her Vegas show is over, she's going back to working on her music and doing a world tour?
If she has the energy to do it all, why not? I can't say I'm a big fan of hers (though I'll admit I loved that Titanic song the first 10 times I heard it lol), but she's sold like 185 million albums in her whole career! That's amazing!
The last I knew she quit the business because had a child and wanted to spend all her time being a good mother. She may have some free time now and might be doing some things just to get out and keep up with her talent...

She retired for a bit to take care of her baby. But then she signed a 5 year contract with the cesar's palace to perform there everynight, and she has sold out each date. Been there, she sing's LIVE all the time and it's the best voice. Contract it's about to end though, so you'll see more of her cos' she's recording a new album and plans to go on tour.
i think her fans an audience just don't get enough of her beautiful voice
