well if you are a bad singer, most likely you will have to practice 24/7 to get to the level of being able to record a CD and get a contract. take lessons from a really good teacher and if you have a piano or something sit at it and play some notes and practice hitting them. good luck!
you just have to practice real hard in order to achieve it, and just because you think you have a bad voice doesn't mean other people think that

its not gonna happen. sorries but to have a record deal and be a singer your born w/ the talent. no matter how many exercises you do will work. try acting or something else. you sound juvenile so you have plenty of time for other things. if you want to sing better then turn up the radio louder
if you been trying for awhile and cant get it, then maybe you should try something else
practice ALL the time, sing along with songs on the radio and try to hit all of the notes like the singers just to practice itches. the best way to achieve this is to get a voice teacher.
