more than likely, she looks gross!!
Yep. Whenever you are as seriously overweight as she was for as long as she was, and then lose a lot of that weight quickly, the skin will sag and look loose because it doesn't have the same elasticity as it used to when you were younger. She can have another surgery that will pull that skin back and have some of it snipped off, but it will never look like someone who spent their whole lives being thin.
