Question: I find it sad that america is so facinated about hollywood and celebrities and i wonder if anybody else is or they are also mezmerized like the rest of the country is. By the way i am an american resident so dont give me crap about being anti-amrican. I have gotten that before

Made me laugh! Yes, it is very ironic they are the American version of Kings and Queens that crap on us and our children in our homes of all places. O.K. not all of them. Some are really nice people and down to earth and verrrrrry smart. It is just so weird to see so many people grabbing the globe or other smutty magazines and vegging in front of the TV -and reality shows OMG what the hell? I am sick of those! They are so stupid! Insult to our intel. We hardly watch TV any more. My kids are into interactive games.

same here, i'm up here in canada and i'm tired of that crap following me everywhere. wars are going on, people are starving, and global warming is taking over but paris hilton going clubbing with a new boyfriend is breaking news.
definitely me but you just can't escape them because they're EVERYWHERE. I really don't know why people get so caught up in celebrities' lives. it's nothing interesting
I am because they are everywhere and there should be a specific avenue for them to talk about their lives instead of whenever I turn on the TV they're talking about their ****
I am so sick of celebrities. I don't get why they earn millions a year, just because they entertain us, yet some people, like scientists, that actually contribute a ton of work and research to help our world don't even get half that much. I am tired of half the news being about the stupid things celebrities do. We should be reporting more about the problems that actually matter in our world, like our crap government, instead of discussing Britney Spears wearing no underwear.
Then what the heck are you going to watch on TV?
