kevin bacon. He did very well as a child sodomizer in The Sleepers. Perfect role for him.
Jack Nicholson plays a awesome & over the top psycho laced guy.....I mean who can forget :" Heeeeeeere's JOHNNY !!!" lol
He's played cops,psycho's and werewolves*,so I believe he would make a very cool Cannibal.....with his evil eyebrows and that spooky stare he gives off an that wold cackle of a laugh....I think he'd serve the purpose quite well.
