no zac and vanessa did not break up. he never cheated on vanessa with ashley. and they are all going to be in the hsm3 movie. unfortunately. miley cyrus only did a cameo in hsm2, that's all she will be doing for now in any hsm movie. disney announced that they will be keeping all the same cast.
that's a rumour , they are still together and Zac never cheated on Vanessa with Ashley I mean she also have a bf ,Jared !
