J-Lo can sing and she's attractive. but Jen has this quality about her that makes her almost instantly likable. She's gorgeous and she's a very talented actress. and since I've seen her in real-life, I can surely say she is very down-to-earth and unassuming.

Based on overall talent, I would have to say Jennifer Lopez. She is a triple threat because she can sing, dance and act while Jennifer Aniston can only act. However, if it is based on overall appeal, definitely Jennifer Aniston. She has this "likeability factor" that Simon Cowell keeps talking about despite the fact that she could only act and her acting skills isn't that remarkable either.
