There is no high road for her to take,it's not like the Sonny & Cher situation where it was 2 people who could not get along.Ike tried to sue her after the movie & called her a liar,plus the fact that he mentally & physically abused her for years ,she did her time with him,but witnessing TTs grace & style over the years she just may show up.

Attending the funeral of someone who abused you is classy? Maybe. But to imply, and you do, that NOT attending it would make her NOT classy is sick. Ike abused Tina physically and mentally for years. The high road would be for her to go about her life and for people to leave her alone about it.

The fact that the old fart died doesn't excuse hime of his misdeeds. Should we all "take the high road" and admire the good points about Jeff Daumer (I know, horribly extreme example) because he's dead now?
Ike Turner was talented, but by all accounts he wasn't a very nice guy. She should stay home and raise a glass in celebration that she out-lived the old sod!

if the stories of his abuse to her are true,it was well publicised , he probably did it to other women as well, women bashers are @sses. they say we really shouldnt speak ill of the dead, as they are not here to defend themselves, she may just go to say every dog has its day
