Van Halen (The Band) problems.?!
Question: The band Van Halen has been having personality problems between members ever since David Lee Roth initially left the band back in 1984. At first, most people wanted to place the blame on "Diamond Dave." They called him an ego maniac, selfish, and unloyal to the rest of his band mates.
However, Sammy Hagar replaced David Lee Roth as the band's lead singer in 1984. Sammy remained with the group until his departure in 1996, where he also cited personality conflicts with both Van Halen brothers, Alex and Eddie.
Hagar was replaced by Gary Cherone in 1997 for only one failed album Van Halen III, after which he left also citing personality conflicts with the brothers.
However, the final straw that hinted there were deeper problems was when the group's bassist Michael Anthony left the band after almost 25 years of dedicated service, also citing personality conflicts.
Does anyone else besides me believe that the brothers are the problem and not the other musicians?

I will put it this way, even Valerie had enough of Eddie and left, what does that tell you.
if it weren't for Eddie you never would have heard of vh. he is a guitar god. the other guys are avg musicians dave is avg to medicore singer but has great stage prsecse. thats it. sammy sucks. I didnt even liten to those reocrds. Eddie's band, Eddies rules. Fall in or leave.
Roth and Eddie have always had problems, but you know what they'll all get over it.
