Yes I would, but I would also have to agree with the first answerer. It must happen with a certain degree of secrecy, so the media don't know about it. There should also be a really good explanation for her going missing. It might just be impossible.

Yes, she committed a crime and it's unfair to everyone else because she can get away with murder simply because she is rich and famous. It also reflects badly upon the government themselves because it shows that they can be swayed by money and bribes and blinded by fame; in other words, it's also an insult to their integrity.
Besides, jail time is supposed to be character building, and Paris Hilton is definitely one person that needs a shitload of THAT. I don't buy her story that she only plays dumb; it's that aspect of her "personality" that's earned her a lot of flack, and why would ANYONE play dumb and humiliate themselves so they could become famous, given that she's already from a famous family?
In any case, she needs to grow up and realize that life is NOT easy. That jail time was supposed to be GOOD for her, and it was immature of her to try to buy her way out of it. :|
