It was on the special edition bonus disc of hybrid theory.
It's not on Hybrid Theory, which was released in 2000, but it's on the special edition of it, which was release in 2002.
It's on their first album titled 'Hybrid Theory', that was re-released as a special edition in 2002. 'My December' is on the second disc, track number 4..
