wow... I'm definitely blaming the mother- she messed up both her kids now. even though this wasn't "technically" her fault- there are ways to prevent this. i think shes not there for her kids when they need her.... tsk, tsk, tsk.

Ridiculous....she was quoted as being shocked, etc. but what did she expect if she was having sex with her boyfriend. The mother said she couldn't believe it because she always came home at curfew time!! Imagine thinking that just because you come home at curfew you can't mess around beforehand. They are one messed up family. I think it is good she is not aborting the child but this is certainly going to affect her life both personally and professionally in ways she would never imagine.

I think she is very young and will be forced to grow up fast now. I don't believe that she will have the struggles that most girls her age would have in this situation though due to who she is. I wish her luck and hope that she does not follow in her sisters footsteps.

she should have been more careful, but come on. lots of 16 year olds are having sex. she just happened to get pregnant unlike the other 95% of 16 year olds having sex who don't. atleast she is taking responsbility.
