Hate to break the news but Jesus wasn't born in December. So its like me celebrating my birthday ( Which is tomorrow) in April( springtime), when its thought that the actual birth of Christ occurred.
First of all that was 2000 years ago so customs have changed.....girls used to get married as young as 12!! girls don't usually do that now a days in the US!!
