No, and her boyfriend was 19. The only person to get punished in this situation would be Casey, her boyfriend, because he had sex with a minor, but I don't think that Jamie Lynn will press charges.

She won't get punished but it's a possibility he could. It all depends on the laws of consent for the state they are in. Some states have it that at age 16 you are able to consent to sexual contact. It this is the truth in their state then no charges can be pressed. If not the state can step in and press charges even if Jamie Lynn or her family don't want to.
Money can get you away with a lot of things. Plus depending on the state, 16 is the age of consent
