Christina Aguilera by FAR. She has pipes. Absolutely nobody past or especially present has nearly the talent she has. Nowadays if you're on Disney, you get a One Free Music "Career" Pass along with your crappy "acting" role, so none of those 13 year olds count.
Christina Aguilera she has a voice that is phenomenal and she can sing so many different ways. I have her cds and some songs on them don't even sound like her and they still sound great.
It's really just a matter of opinion. I personally think Miley Cyrus has the most talent. But there have been many successful artists that have come out of Disney:

Britney Spears
Christina Aguilera
Hilary Duff
Lindsey Lohan
