The biggest celebrity who is overrated defiantly has to be Nicole Richie. Other than that, probably Avril Lavigne. She sounds horrible live and is not that amazing to begin with.

Overrated try Ben Affleck riding Matt Damon's coat tail to the bank...and try Justin Timberfake totally completely overrated actor, singer, everything you can think of ...oh and Kevin Federline...he is worse than Soulja Boy.
Beyonce is a goddess and very talented...even sings in Spanish and is very popular in the Dominican Republic/Puerto Rico truly beautiful girl, awesome personality, and can sing and is talented...good family..how can you go wrong she is like wifey guys dream of? We love her I dont get it.
