She's still around. She has a great voice and i love her songs. Unfortunately, popular music today is saturated with idiotic tunes like "Crank that Soulja Boy". The music market doesn't have much room for R&B Balladeers. Im sure Luther Vandross and Aaliyah are turning over in their graves.
