how many of you think miley cyrus' dress at the disney world christmas day parade was way to short? i mean she has people looking up at her so im guessing someone saw something

i USUALLY think her clothes are cute,. but when i was watching the parade, i said to my mom it was too short, someone could ahve easily looked up "there" haha
