you might see her before concert but i highly doubt it because she is getting ready but you'll probably see her after the concert.
It also must be soo cool to go to a Hannah Montana concert
You won't see her before the concert. Her sister Noah and Grandmother might come out but not likely. If you wanna do the raffle you need your Mileyworld card, i you don't have it than sadly you can't do it. But the party starts 2 1/2 hours b4 the concert. And again sadly, she won't so autographs. Hope I helped.
