Well, first of all, Brittney would have to go to the local rehab every year which would prevent her from growing her hair due to her cutting it off in shame every time. Her sister could grow her hair out instead but she'd have her baby by then and her hair would fall out anyways. Brittney could link up with Paris Hilton and figure out how to get some parole time, that way she could just walk out the revolving door of the castle.
