Hollywood A-list? Not even close. She was in two movies, and the one she "starred" in was a complete disaster. She lip-synced on SNL, got booed at a football game, and never would have had a career if her sister wasn't famous.
The only thing she had going for her was a quirky, cute appeal that disappeared the moment she screwed up her nose (which no real singer would *ever* do, btw.)
She got a nose job and looks completely different. Also, her SNL mishap kinda messed up her image. So, there you go!

I know she got a HUGE plastic surgery job and she looked sooo different and i haven't really heard about her since then but i know shes dating Pete Weinz.

Ashlee completely changed her whole look, and now she looks like her sister Jessica Simpson, which is very ironic cause she didn't even want to be like her sister in the first place. I mean, before she had all that plastic surgery, she was the only girl who looked unique. But she did have great songs like "L.O.V.E.", "Pieces of Me" "La La" and "Invisable" and has a pretty good voice . Which is why her third album, Bittersweet World, is scheduled for release in March 2008
