Nick wrote the song SOS off of past experiences, so I don't see how that could be charged as plagiarism. So as of right now, I haven't heard of them getting sued for anything. Let's at least hope that they aren't!
I doubt it. The only other song that I know of that is close to SOS is Rhianna's song SOS and that's completly different.

no..its not true..the boys and rihanna have actually talked about how there song titles are the same...but they are not the same song..and so no they can not be sued...lol..

no, absolutely not. the boys actually thought when nick wrote it that it would be a problem since rihanna's song is sos, and they thought about changing the name to "call i'll never get" but they talked it over with rihanna and she had no problem. anyway an artist only copyrights the lyrics and music, not the title. anyways, i have like 4 different songs with the name "everything" and metro station has a song called "goodnight and goodbye" and so do the jonas brothers. so to answer your question, no they are not getting sued.
