Question: Come downtown to Channel 8 and meet (famous person's name here...) and when they showed up, they only drove by a 35 miles an hour and waved off the back of a corvette convertable.
Is that anything to make a big deal out of?

They acted like it was a "meet and greet".
It took less time than a drive by shooting...so to speak.

I've seen some at least stand on the back of a flatbed truck and wave and take pix...while the truck is parked.

It would probably depend. Ive never heard of them being in a car and driving by. How pointless and, in my opinion rude. Unless thats what you were told would happen, atleast it would be expected. But still, I wouldnt waste my time.

They should've drove slower. Maybe not the celebrity's fault. It may be the driver's fault. Who was the celebrity?
