Hang out at the Grocery stores at Beverly Hills or the Gourmet Wine shop off of Rodeo Drive. Also, LA Airport is great. Just hang out and you will see them there.
if u want to meet the jonas brothers...go to a verizon store..thats what i did and i got to shake there hand, hug them, talk to them, and get there autograph
i met actor robert englund at a horror convention... i got an autograph of him, and a pic of us together
well you could pay for a concert and get back stage passes and miley cyrus or whoever you wana see sign autographs or you go to california, and go to hollywood and look for celberties, ha ha no really
