The police placed her under medical evaluation because she was a potential threat to her child. She caused massive problems with the cops, her kids, the courts, and her ex husband DUE TO THE FACT that she was high on drugs. The cops have the right to place a person under medical evaluation for 72 hours if a person is uncontrolable. They could of arrested her for interferring with a court order but because of who she was..this was the better alternative since she would be released without charges.

Yes i bet they would have taken her to jail first but i guess it was the hospital first.....
The hospital and sources are saying that she wasn't high on anything, that this happened because of her psychological state and that she's not mentally stable right now. They're keeping her in solitary in the mental ward at Cedar Sinai for the next 72 hours.
She refused to let Kevin's Bodyguard take the kids, and when the Court Appointed moniter took Sean P to the car and strapped him in, Britney grabbed Jayden and locked herself in the bedroom and thats when police were called to break the door down. They "tackled" her and forcefully strapped her to a gurney and then took her and Jayden to the hospital. (Jayden went because Britney maybe dropped him? This part wasn't clear, but why else would he have to go to the hospital too?) This whole situation lasted just short of four hours last night.
Personally, after seeing those pics of her alternately crying and laughing with that creepy smile... I don't think she's right in the head anymore. Poor thing.

i have not heard this yet… but ya no what, I honestly don’t care anymore. It was interesting the first couple mistakes she had now it’s just like “wow, how dumb are you?”.

she and KFed were fighting over the kids, apparently she wasn't ready to give them back. She had a stand off with police for three hours I think, and during that time the police noticed she was all messed up on some unknown substance and took her to the hospital. Hopefully she will lose all custody and visitation rights to her kids. She is too f*cked up to be a mom.
