It may be on their myspace, like other answerers have said. However they have not posted all the dates for the tour yet. Considering there are 140 dates, I'm sure there will be a concert in Hidalgo or near it.

but they are only having concerts in El Paso, TX on Feb 11
and in San Antonio, TX on Feb 12.
