I personally have never died before. But I have heard of people having near death experiences. I've heard of one story: They floated out of their body and saw themselves, then they saw a bright light and a voice said "It's not your time".

Many people have died in the past. Only one, as far as I know is reputed to have returned from the dead. That was about 2000 years ago.

There was dis crazy dude at church who told me he died before and went to hell...& he said it was horrible

i guess when you die you doesn't hurt , but are smother in despair.
my boyfriends bestfriend died for 3 minutes. but that's because he got hit by a car and went through the windshield, so I'm guessing it hurt. they revived him though.
No not personally. But I have read stories of people who were pronounced "dead" and have returned, they were revived.
I remember reading stories of people who said they saw a light and a tunnel and whatnot. But what I found interesting was some of them claimed the light came from the side, rather than above. Some people claim "Heaven" is on the otherside of us instead of up above. I just thought that was interesting.
I also remember reading a story of a woman who tried to take her own life and when she was unconcious, she was surrounded by a lot of grayness and feeling of hopelessness.
These are just stories I have read, whether you believe them or not, is up to you, but like I said, I found them interesting. Im fascinated with this sort of thing and I like reading about it. I guess none of will know what actually happens until it happens to us personally.
me and my friend were body boarding nobody was around and a wave pushed me into the sand then i was walking almost floating down a hall that was lighted and peaceful and i felt at ease and comforted like someone was drawing me in the ni felt someone push me backwards i was tryin to move on but felt them pushing me when i came to someone was doin chest thrusts on me. My friend told me he couldnt find me in the water for like 10 mins and he and this girl saw me floating and she did CPR on me cause i was dead

and even if you dont believe in heaven,
it could change your outlook on a lot of things.
