No, he is very much alive and he was with Britney when she went to the hospital. He is apparently majorly upset over his daughter's "condition", and also with his wife's (or ex) behavior: selling out their little girls, using them as a piggybank (as papers have said), and trying to live her life through the kids. It is a shame, he seems to be the only one with any sense! And he actually works for a living and has never used any money from his kids. Bravo for him, he should really get them kids some help and away from the mother.
