You have to buy the CD. That's the only LEGAL way. Which is hard to find, because there were only 400,000 copies made and it's worth over 100 bucks now. Don't feel bad I don't have it either.
You could get it from you're local library but downloading it would be illegal.

You'd have to buy the CD. It's called It's About Time. There are a few of these CDs on eBay, but they're really expensive (but definitely worth every penny).
You can find it on iTunes. Ihts not under the name Jonas Brothers. Look up Nicholas Jonas and you can find it in the Zoey 101: Music Mix. But the only thing is, you can only get it album only. So you have to buy the entire album to get the song. The album cost $9.99.
Um you could try to get the CD and then use iTunes to put it on your iPod or mp3. But other than that, I don't know how else you can get it! But the CD is very expsensive, since there was a limited release.
