Question: I just read an article about her in OK magazine. According to them she is no longer dating Joel Madden. Which I don't know why she would when he is having a kid with Nicole Richie anyway... But it just said she's been really busy with work, like her clothing line, music, and such. It also tells about how she is no longer caring so much about her look and is eating normally again. She is dating a new guy and if I remember correctly it was a pro hockey player? So, no, hasn't been getting into trouble. The opposite in fact. Hope this helps. =)

nope, shes been trying to say out of the spot light. Shes been dating that hockey player and seems pretty happy. Oh and she look way better. Toned and stuff.
