Why do we condemn the good guys and idolize the bad guys?!
Question: I could never understand how everyone is so quick to condemn Michael Jackson for every little thing he tries to do. But really the man is trying to make the world a better place. But people worship people like Elvis and Kurt Cobain who both died because of drug use. What is wrong with the world?
ps. If you're going to say something about Michael Jackson being a pedophile, don't bother answering the question because Michael was never convicted, therefore he is innocent until proven guilty.

We live in a society where all of our thinking is decided by the media, and todays' media is one sided and that viewpiont is shoved constantly down the throats of that percentage of society who lack the brain function to at the very least seek out a balanced viewpiont, and this is easy for them. But it's pathetic if you really think about it...to have someone do your thinking for you because your too ignorant and lazy to find out if not the truth, than at least...at least, a balanced opinion, and then decide for YOURSELF. Will this ever happen?.. that's the real question.
I think people have this evil tendency to pick on those they can bully, and they idolize the bullies themselves. It is a well known fact that Michael is a sweet, tenderhearted man, and these crazies realized they could cry child molestation and get him to settle for huge amounts of money. He's been exploited horribly and now won't even live here anymore. Then we have the bullies and the drug lunatics who everyone loves and put on a pedastal. Why? Because nobody messes with the King and nobody messes with the other pushy loud people out there. We're a sad society.
That's true, Michael has done and still does, so much for charity. He helps sick and dying children all over the world and has blown every single person (lover or hater) away with his phenomenal talent. I'm not having a go at Kurt or Elvis as they are both wonderful artists but they did die of drug use, so they're hardly good role models. I think it's just because of the accusations that people discriminate Michael and because of the vitiligo.
I agree! look how R. Kelly gets so much love...and Bill Cosby and Kobe and Tyson...and all of the drug addicts and drunks....Human nature, I guess...no pun intended..(really)
In addition...This started waaaay before the accusations and vitilago. lies and rumors started from the moment he got in the publics eyes as a tiny child who always talked about loving others and animals and wanting world peace.
I totally agree with John N on this one. It's the media that condemns Michael Jackson, others get influenced by the media so they also start to condemn him too.
I know, why do we idolize people that give small children things like "jesus juice"?
