I personally don't like Dr. Phil, he says somethings that make sense, but that are common sense, but other things are a little off the wall, i mostly agree what he says, but dont agree with his way of handling people. he sometimes comes across as rude. Not as bad as Dr Laura though, its either her way or no way.
