I don't think we can really "tell" you how to get the cut. But if you go to an experienced barber, and bring a photo of Lee Adama to show the barber, he/she should be able to cut your hair in that style. Showing works better than telling.
Now, if your head shape is different than Jamie Bamber's, your haircut might not look the same. But assuming your head shape is similar (or the barber is skilled enough to adjust the haircut to fit your head shape), you should come out with a haircut quite similar to Lee's.
