Im sure all singers lip sync sometimes. When you are doing 2+ hour shows every other day your voice is gonna give now and then. So yea I would say she does sometimes, but I believe she sings most her stuff.

It's debatable. Some songs you can tell that she's not. But other songs you can't tell the difference between the live version and the album version. It's all a matter of opinion. The teenybopper obsessed fans are going to defend her and say she doesn't. Then the people who hate her will say that she does. Me, as I am neutral, say that it's about 1/2 and 1/2.
Yes she does. I've seen her in music video's where she stops singing but the song is still playing. and if you look on the internet and look closely at her you can really tell.

all singers that have to sing and dance have to lip sing but whatever their still lip singing with their own voice,
its not only miley but hers is just a bit ovious because she doesnt do a very good job of hiding it,but stll she is a very good actress in her show and a good singer because people forget that she still sings live and her voice is fine.and you can tell when shes not lip singing because she'll be breathing really hard and you can hear her.

i went to a hannah montana concert to watch my little sister and miley forgot the lines and started singing like a dying cow (well she always was a cow!!!!!) and the music went on and the vocals
