Laurel & Hardy were the best comic duo of the era. The Stooges were the best trio of the era.
It's a good thing I have Picture in a Picture and TIVO to watch them both!
If I had to pick one...Laurel and Hardy would be the pick.

Abbott and Costello have always been my favorite. Their wit always surprised and tickled my funny bone and imagination. I got tired of the silliness of three stooges and Laurel and Hardy were always so slow and pathetic.
