Definitely Shakira! I mean, seriously, Brittney could dance, but her singing had a lot to be desired. Shakira is a better dancer, plus she can sing in 2 languages *fluently at that*, and to top it all off, her singing is better than Britt's as well.

There's no "was" when talking about Shakira. She's still very much alive, very busy, and she has many many years ahead in her career. She just finished a world tour that lasted a year and a half, and she's been working on tons of collaborations, plus a movie soundtrack. Supposedly, she'll have a new album at the end of the year.
