i loved that movie. everyone i talked to said it was boosie but i thought it was really good. do you think that was a real story of her life? who knows but damn that little girl in the begging could sing her *** off!!!
I liked it a lot as a teenager, but even it had its moments. I guess movies are their own critics.
it was released 9/11/2001 so yeah it flopped but I liked it....

I have only seen this film once at a cousins house who was watching it when we came over. Honestly it wasn't as horrific as people made it out to be. Mariah Carey isn't much of an actress that's true but the concept of the movie was okay it made sense and everything. I guess at the time people were somewhat sick of Mariah or something or thought she was crazy so they didn't see her film. There are FAR worse movies though. I don't know about box office hit though.................
