Probably promotion, saying look we got such good cafes and shops in Erith we get David and Victoria visiting them.
The look alike industry is very big in Both the states and the UK, with some look-a-likes earning a few hundred for opening supermarkets or just promotions, even if said star they are emulating are deceased
