'Misery Business' is a true story. It's basically about me having to watch someone that I love very much get taken over by this horrible girl and then getting my way in the situation and rubbing it all in her face. When I wrote the lyrics I was definitely a little ashamed because it's such a honest song and I was like "Wow, this is hard to tell my friends", but once it was out, they were really proud of me because I think they saw how freeing that song was for me and they were just gald I could feel that.'

Misery Business is about how the hot girl always gets the guy that you want.
"She's got a body like an hour glass, it's tickin' like a clock"
indicates that the hot girl will eventually lose out though because of her sluttiness and bitchy personality.
It's a wicked song though.

Never seen the video, but the song is about a girl who liked a boy , but then he got a girlfriend for 8 months and she broke up with him. this is when the narrator gets the boy and it feels so good. she doesn't want to brag but she got what she wanted and the first girlfriend is jealous.
She likes this boy. This other girl takes him and they're together for 8 months and then they break up. Then she is with the guy she likes and she says it feels good.
Paramore rocks. I'm a fan.:P
