Miley lip syncs all disney events as it is in her contract with them. But in all her concerts she sings live- and if you go on to youtube and watch some of her concert videos you can see for yourself. The only part in the entire concert that they use the backing tape is when she leaves in the middle of "we've got the party" to get changed into miley and her body double comes out.
