Thanks for the link to the video! I've never seen that one before. How on earth did everyone there keep up that much energy for so long? I've been to many many concerts, and everyone of them had a least a few lulls! Report It

George Harrison nearly missed their first Ed Sullivan show, because he'd come down with the flu. He spent much of their rehearsal time sick in bed at the hotel, and only made the show after a doctor came to their suite with enough medications to get him through the performance.

Nearly all The Beatles appeared on The Simpsons. The only one who did not appear on The Simpsons is John Lennon as he died a few years before The Simpsons started.

Well it's The Beatles, not the Beatles, makes it sound like your talking about the insect.

In 1996, Ringo Starr appeared in commercials in Japan for apple juice, because "apple" in Japanese in pronounced "Ringo".

they started with the name since John liked Buddy Holly so much, and his group, the Crickets.

3 of The Fab Four has been on The Simpsons.

George Harrison was the first Beatle to stop taking drugs

That they were way over rated

Ringo Starr's only approved written song was "octopus garden" =)

urban legend alleging that Paul McCartney of the British rock band The Beatles died in 1966 and was replaced by a look-alike and sound-alike.

Evidence for McCartney's death consists of "clues" found among the Beatles' many recordings, most of which are treated as if they were deliberately placed by The Beatles or others. Literally hundreds have been cited at various times by various people. They include statements allegedly heard when a song is played backwards, symbolism found in obscure lyrics, and ambiguous imagery on album covers. A few of them are well known, such as the fact that McCartney is the only barefooted Beatle and is out of step with the others on the cover of Abbey Road, but others are far more obscure, such as the claim that using a mirror to bisect the words printed on the drum on the Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band cover shows a coded message.

It is often unclear whether proponents spread this story as a joke or as a real conspiracy theory. The rumour has been the topic of much sociological examination because its development, growth, and rebuttal took place very publicly, due to the Beatles' enormous popularity and propensity for hidden messages and double meanings in their songs, as well as in their album titles and artwork.

Some have claimed that the hoax was perpetrated by The Beatles themselves, either as a joke or to stimulate record sales, since the initial call placed to Russ Gibb coincided with the release of Abbey Road. This was denied numerous times by all four band members.

The final track on the Sgt. Pepper album, 'Inner Groove', included a high-pitched tone that only dogs could hear.

That, they are all dead except Ringo And Paul...............

Paul's first name isn't Paul, so why do we call him Sir Paul?
