Why is child pedophile Roman Polanski still allowed to make a living & how pathe!
Question: How can Hollywood even consider giving this criminal an Academy Award in 2003? Better yet why is he still allowed to make a living? because he's a celebrity. You can bet that if it was your regular joe The Fred wouldv'e went out of their way to get him & have him face justice as he deserved. But it seems that when it comes to Celebrities all fo a sudden they convininently say they can't get him because France won't allow his capture. By rewarding him in 2003 Hollywood pretty much said it's ok to have a relationship with kids. This is one of the reasons why i detest Hollywood & their celebrity brethen.

I totally agree with you on this. But I suppose they just separated his personal life from his professional life & based their judgement on that. The good thing is, he can never come back to the U.S.A.~~
I dunno, why is R. Kelly still walking the streets? Don't forget Woody Allen. Don't blame Hollywood, it's the people that keep these guys in power. If the public didn't like them anymore, Hollywood would drop them, and quick!

Because France does not consider his actions to be a crime ( tells you something about France ) they will not arrest and extridtie him. As for making a living, people pay to see his crap. Sorry, can't think of a single movie of his. The Academy? They don't take sides in politics or morality. So they can give the award without bias.

Roman Polanski had sex w/ a 15 year old in 1975 and fled to France where the feds cant touch him. Its not that france wont give him up. Celebritiies do get away with a lot of crimes. Ask OJ, Robert Blake. By the way, you did not mention Woody Allan who married his step child and Hollywood to this day Loves him.
