Are celebrities living and supporting a godless lifestyle, and is that why they !

Question: think about it: They promote materialism, beauty, plastic surgery, products, keeping up, cars, clothes, products. I mean half the people that go to malls, go because they're sucked into it all and feel better and think of all these beautiful pretty people, and in order for them to feel better about themselves, they end up going to the mall to shop. Or they do it for fun.

Anyways, fragrances, even movies/music, which basically are ads for "you have to look hot" or they're trying to sell you whatever.

Also these celebs drink do drugs, PARTY/club, even their jobs have nothing to do with god and everytihng to do with profit and what not. What does TV/music/studio production have to do with god? These people have no morals at all.

So ultimately after several years of living this lifestyle of excess, marketing, materialism, perfectionism, egotism, narcissism, self-centered-ism, etc, don't they eventually wear down and it might affect them if they don't have thick skin?

Exactly! You hit the nail right on the head with this one! One cannot serve both God and man, especially when man is themselves. It is all they care about and God is left out.

you don't have to believe in god to be happy.

There are some celebrities that do believe in God. Look at Mel Gibson and him doing the movie, Passion of the Christ.
Also...I know that Denzel Washington is a believer.
I agree though that a lot of actors don't believe in God. They lead Godless life styles and that is what gets a lot of them into trouble.
Jim Caviezel is also a believer.
Just know that... God is a merciful God and that when ever these celebs that do not know him want to come to know him, God will be there waiting. God does except u-turns.

I'm not really sure if you're asking a question or just want to be heard.
I lead a 'godless lifestyle', I do not party-hardy - I am not a shop-aholic, and my job also has nothing to do with anyone's god.
I have morals, and yet do not have any sort of religious symbol that I feel the need to follow.

I think it's about the character of the individual to start with. Some have difficulties in life, and some don't. The ones with no solid character obviously get in trouble and disgrace themselves through poor choices and bad judgment. But there are those who do have a strict code and standards they live by. And the only time we see them is when they're working and doing what they do - in a movie or on TV. Not in gossip articles. Good character is sometimes hard to find, and this holds true in entertainment as well.

Many celeb's run into problems with life just as a common person does.

The temptation to man is always there.... We make our own choices........

I know that they sin .....
But snickering is a sin just as worthy of being acknowledged.
