The music is so moody and just brilliant.
His version of 'Man who sold the world' is better than the original, now that doesn't happen often.
Kurt himself. Well.....What a dish and I don't know what he saw in Courtney Love, she was probably dirty (if you get me). X

I respected them as artists..but wasn't really into a lot of their music.
I liked a couple of songs..but most of the time they annoyed me because so much of what they sang...just sounded the same to me....so it got repetitive and blah for me.
Overall...I'd say......iffy. I don't hate them..but I didn't like them all that much either.
Yes and no. I think Nirvana was original in their music and that they are the first of their kind. I think there lyrics are amazing but I am really not that into them If they are on the radio I will not change the station, but I wont go out and buy the CD
Yes, one of the greatest bands of all time. They re-invented Rock-n-Roll, when it was badly needed. Kurt is one of the greatest song writers of all time, fabulous lyrics, re-invented the rhythm guitar. I put them up there with Led Zeppelin and The Beatles. Too bad Kurt succumbed to depression. If it is true that there are still a bunch of songs that Kurt wrote that weren't recorded, or released, I hope his widow releases them soon.
