Dr. Phil has decided that it is to troubling of a case to take on, and no he does not have a license to practice in California. He is friends with the Spears family and was asked by Lynne Spears to speak to Britney while she was in the hospital. He got into hot water when he released to the press that she need's psychological help. As if we didn't know this duh. The Spears family was not upset of his comment as the media has stated. He just feels that Britney is very out of control and it is out of his hands, he does not wish to televise it.
I don't know about that, but I heard that he isn't an actual doctor, odd or what?
he is getting some flack for it, he shoulld have known better!
