Yes actually. I know he probably had a lot of terrible problems, but like a lot of deaths it was totally unexpected. He really didn't show signs that he was going to die. Well he was a good actor, and my favorite movie with him in it will always be 10 Things I Hate About You. It's pretty sad :(

Yes. It was completely unexpected. As an outsider, his life appeared to be going good: a beautiful daughter and an up and coming movie career. If he did indeed commit suicide or had a drug problem, I am shocked.

Given that he's a name most people recognize, it's pretty surprising since he's so young. But it's always a shock if someone is young, no matter who it is. With Brad Renfro just recently, it is sad to wonder who's gonna be next.

Yes, actually. I never saw him as the pill-popping type, he always seemed a pretty level guy - the incident with the paparazzi a few years ago the only exception. He's so young, too. He just seemed like the kind of down-to-earth guy that didn't get caught up in all the crazy Hollywood crap. It's very sad. I hope his daughter will be okay.

I don't worship famous people- I admire their achievements and therefore don't get caught up into the 'starry eye' treatment a lot of people afford them.
This way I am rarely surprised at what they do- or what happens to them.
