What a tragedy- my sympathy to his family and daughter.
Heath will be much missed by his fans worldwide.
The sleeping tablets he was using have some strange side effects- they are sold here in australia as stillnox.
Its possible and being proposed that in his weakened state (from the pneumonia) combined with the stillnox (which belongs to a class of drugs known to cause respiratory problems) may have stopped his breathing.
They said it was an overdose on sleeping pills or something. Has to do with drugs though. ?

His, obviously. It's pretty hard to force someone to swallow too many sleeping pills and keep them down. Unless someone did that, which is unlikely, he was responsible for his own actions, or his own mistakes, whichever it turns out to be.

I have two theories:
1. He took the wrong medication. It was at night, he probably didn't turn on a lamp, he might have taken the wrong medication.
2. He had an allergic reaction to whatever the heck he took.
I think it was an accident. It just doesn't sound like a suicide. Think of this, he had the rest of his life to look forward to, he had a loving daughter and an ex he probably still cared about, and he just finished filming a highly anticipated movie that would do extremely well in the box office.

Stomach content has not been looked at YET.
I doubt very much that it was suicide......mixing any pills can be so dangerous...I believe it would have been an accidental overdose.....

It was a mistake, it wasn't suicide or anything. Heath was having trouble with pneumonia so he took sleeping pills.
Serious answer.
No one knows for sure and no one will know until the autopsy is done and they report it all over the tv and internet. Which won't be tonight. Therefore, go to bed. Tomorrow's another day.
The Autopsy results are not even in yet and everyone is speculating how he died...why not just wait for the truth.
He overdosed. No one's fault but his own. Sad.

If he took his own life, it's no ones fault but his!!! However, I'm of the belief that NO ONE can ever push you to kill yourself!!! Sorry but NO ONE has control over another person!!!
