i saw a video of when they were putting his body in the ambulance, & i cried!!!
i feel so bad 4 matilda, his little girl!
he was such a devoted dad, & now she has 2 grow up w/ out a dad!!!

I know what you mean, I didn't cry over his death but I was absolutely shocked and saddened by it because he was one of the few actors from this generation that I really admired. I was so shocked when I first heard the news that I thought it was just a hoax. My eyes did tear up a little this afternoon when I was watching The Insider and they showed a clip of one of his old interviews in which he's talking about his daughter, he said something to the likes of that he didn't fear death anymore because he knew he would live on in his daughter but that on the other hand he didn't want to die because he wanted to see his daughter grow up, it was an absolutely heartbreaking clip and it almost had me going (and I don't cry easily). And I'm sorry that you're getting so many rude answers, I know that a lot of us mourners didn't personally know Heath but we did know him in our own way, we knew him through his magnificent onscreen persona and in a way, celebrities let us into their lives through their movies, shows and music, and these celebrities become a part of our life (although a minimal part, they're there all the same) and everytime we hear about their tragic deaths it only reminds us of how short and frail life really is. So ignore all the rude answers, you and I and all his fans have just as much right to mourn his death as his loved ones. RIP to a great man, he will never be forgotten.

Sad, I hope his little girl will be ok, she has a rough time ahead of her, she is too young to understand, Michelle will have to be the one that has to explain and carry onhis legacy for her so she has big shoes to fill from now on.
yeah that was sad he going to be the joker in the new Batman movie coming out this summer. I hate when young people die he was just a year older than me. Im 27 and he was 28 so yeah its a big deal. I dont know why so many stars die early it really miffs me.

it was sad that Heath died. It kind of reminded me of when River Phoenix died at such a young age as well. It kind of scares me to think that people close to my age and younger are dying. I can't wait to see the final movie Heath made and i know when i see it i may end up crying because he was one of my favorite actors.
I never herd of this guy, until he died. Broke back Mtn, please, I won't waste my time with mediocre actors and their Brittney Spears intellect. I'll take Errol Flynn, Olivia De Haviland and the Classy Movie Palaces of the 1920's any day over to days dull and boring crap.
