I think it's over publicized. It is very sad though. I heard some ** church is going to pickett his funeral because he played a gay person in one of his movies?! Do you believe the stupidity of some people?

Death is also very busy taking the lives of others everywhere around the world. People that never had a chance. Let's hear about them first.
He was way toooo young. I feel horribe. He was such a good actor or who leaves behind a daughter (only 2). Soooo sad. :(

Well now he is going to meet his maker and he made that Brokeback Mountain movie. From what I have read God aint none too tickled over that stuff.
Like every other normal person I feel sad and let me say it is always too early to die age doesn't make it any easier.
He was so young, and he had all this potential ahead of him. I definately cried. It made me think a lot more deeply about life. You know, how anything can happen to anyone anywhere. I'm much more appreciative of my family and friends now.
Yes it is sad when young people die. There have been a number of actors who died in their twenties like Brad Renfro recently, James Dean and River Phoenix.
There is something sad about a life cut short.
The reality is that people die every day and actors too often abuse prescription drugs which makes the likelihood much higher. Don't forget Anna Nicole Smith also died from a cocktail of prescription drugs.
Hollywood actors need to learn their lesson and stop mixing prescription medication.

very shocking!!! totally unexpected, it was funny when Anna Nicole Smith died...that you could see coming, but not Heath, he will be very missed. R.I.P
He was a great actor and it was VERY unexpected. I was shocked and it's very sad. Didn't see it coming. He was so young. :(

and WTF! is up with the discremination of playing the part of a gay cowboy i never knew there was somthing wrong with that....
but everyone that is giving his love to his family is very sweet...this is a big loss for them and to loose his life so young its sad

i think people should stop pitying dead druggies, he didnt die by a drunk driver, he died because he took to many pills.
I feel like someone placed a brick on my heart whenever i think about him and his little girl and ex fiance. I feel for his family especially his mum, she gave him life. It sure puts things into perspective and makes you see that people are just human when they make mistakes. Lifes just too short.
