Haha don't worry, you're not an idiot, I was just on perez and read the same thing but to answer your question no Shia is not Ford's grandson. Perez was just making a joke because Harrison Ford is so old and playing Indy once more. Their only relation is that Shia plays Fords sidekick in the upcoming Indiana Jones movie.
It would be cool if true, but I doubt and coming from Perez Hilton, I wouldn't believe it.
Just checked various family history sites. Harrison Ford is NOT Shia's grandfather.
